If you live in Colorado, you can’t swing a coyote without hitting at least a dozen trucks or jeeps. There is a good reason for this. You see, Colorado is home to a several very popular ATV and Jeep trails. There are literally thousands of miles of off-road trails open to those who dare take such adventures. If you live in Colorado and own a truck, you may know of these places. If you are from out of state, feel free to visit one of our many off-road trails, just don’t overstay your welcome.

Many of these trails are rather difficult to even get to, we suggest you have a sturdy set of Fuel wheels on your truck or Jeep to better endure these adventures. Here are a few of the most popular trails.

Red Feather Lakes- Tucked away in Roosevelt National Forest just west of Fort Collins is more than 100 miles of double-track trails and roads suitable for all ranges of riders.

Lizard Head Pass- 10,000 feet in southwest Colorado near the town of Telluride lies Lizard Head Pass. This area is suitable for all vehicle types and offers jagged edges, great views and all the fresh air you care to inhale.

Wagon Wheel Trail System- Located near Meeker, the Wagon Wheel Trail System offers over 200 miles of pristine trails that zigzag through the White River National Forest. There are also plenty of other recreational activities available for when you need some downtime from your ride including fishing, hunting and camping.
