A: Customers who purchase select wheel and/or tire products who can show proof of professional installation are eligible to receive a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard.

Q: What products are eligible for the BB Install Rebate?
A: The offer is valid on select wheel and tire models only; look for the BB INSTALL REBATE SUBMIT & SAVE wording in search results and product titles. BB Wheels purchases of just eligible wheels, just eligible tires, or a combination of both qualify for the BB Install Rebate.

Q: What is the start date for the BB Install Rebate program?
A: This is an on-going rebate program with an effective start date of 04/06/2023. All BB Wheels’ orders placed on or after 04/06/2023 that meet all program requirements qualify for the BB Install Rebate.
Q: Where do I have to get my wheels and/or tires installed?
A: That’s the best part! You can have your wheels and/or tires installed at the auto shop of your choosing, go to a recognized nationwide tire chain or to your local hometown mechanic shop. As long as the shop provides an itemized installation receipt and you can submit that to us, you are one step closer to enjoying install on us!
Q: What is the difference between BB Wheels Installation versus other sellers?
A: BB Wheels allows you to choose the local installation shop you are comfortable with. This means you can install new wheels and tires faster if you have access to your local trusted shop. This saves you time, money, and stress.
Q: How do I submit a rebate request for my recent BB Wheels wheel and/or tire purchase?
A: For your convenience and fast turnaround, all rebate requests can be easily submitted online. A valid itemized installation receipt showing the install costs associated with your eligible products is required to process your rebate request.
Q: How much time do I have to submit a rebate request?
A: Rebate requests must be submitted online within 90 days from the eligible-product delivery date. Example: Your eligible tire order was placed on 5/1/23; the tires were delivered to your door on 5/4/23; you now have 90 days (till 8/2/23) to submit a rebate request.
Q: How much will my rebate be?
A: Rebate amounts vary depending upon the purchase price of your eligible wheels and/or tires as well as the price you paid for professional installation. Your rebate could be up to $75.00 per eligible wheel and tire. Review the full Terms & Conditions for official details.
Q: When will I receive my Prepaid Mastercard?
A: Please allow 2-3 weeks from submission for processing. Your Prepaid Mastercard will be sent to the email account associated with your original BB Wheels order.
Q: I forgot to submit a rebate request and now I’m passed the 90-day timeframe. Or, I only had my wheels / tires installed months after they were delivered. If I submit late, will I still be able to get a BB Install Rebate?
A: We apologize, but late rebate requests will not be honored.
Q: Once I receive my Prepaid Mastercard where can I use it?
A: The Prepaid Mastercard can be used where Debit Mastercard is accepted online, for phone/mail orders, or in stores that accept mobile wallet.
Q: How long is my Prepaid Mastercard valid?
A: Your Prepaid Mastercard is valid for up to 6 months from the date of issuance; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date.
Q: If the wheel / tire manufacturer is running a rebate, can I stack that with the BB Install Rebate?
A: Yes! Auto industry manufacturers, especially tire manufacturers, regularly hold rebate promotions throughout the year. If the wheels or tires you purchase qualify for a manufacturers’ rebate as well as BB Wheels’ BB Install Rebate, you can take advantage of both. Note, all terms and conditions pertaining to manufacturer rebates are out of BB Wheels’ control.

*Customers who purchase eligible wheel and/or tire products as described below, with proof of professional installation, and who complete the BB Wheels’ online rebate form within timeframe, will be eligible to receive a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard. Purchase of wheel(s), tire(s), or wheel / tire combinations from BB Wheels (www.bbwheelsonline.com) is required. Offer valid on eligible wheel and tire models only; look for the BB INSTALL REBATE SUBMIT & SAVE wording in product titles. Purchase must have occurred on or after 04/06/2023. Rebate submissions must be submitted online 90 days from the eligible-product delivery date.
ONE (1) rebate per BB Wheels’ Order Number with a professional itemized installation receipt. The same itemized installation receipt cannot be used for more than one rebate submission. Rebate amount varies. Rebates are based on the eligible-product purchase price(s) (before sales tax), amounting to the lesser of 8% or up to $75.00 per eligible wheel and tire, and are not to exceed eligible-product install costs shown on the professional itemized installation receipt. Rebate submissions with itemized installation receipts showing costs over the rebate limit only qualify for the limit stated.
Not redeemable for cash. Valid rebate submissions are paid in the form of a Prepaid Mastercard, which is a digital prepaid card issued to the customer’s email address listed on the original BB Wheels’ Invoice. The Prepaid Mastercard can be used where Debit Mastercard is accepted online, for phone/mail orders, or in stores that accept mobile wallet. Allow 2-3 weeks from submission for processing. The BB Install Rebate excludes: cancelled orders, install costs for non-eligible products, no-cost-to-customer replacement orders (including approved Guaranteed Delivery cases), sales tax on install fees, orders placed through dealer / wholesale / reseller accounts, AND products purchased before 04/06/2023. If the original BB Wheels purchase contained coupons or discount promo codes, rebate amount will be reduced pro-rata.
BB Wheels is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked or delayed email notifications. Noncomplying rebate submissions will not be honored, acknowledged or returned. BB Wheels reserves the right to cease making the online rebate form available or to cease allowing online submission of the rebate form due to electronic, programming or technological problems/malfunctions/failures of any kind.
