Q: How do I join the BB Rewards program?
A: Signing up is easy! Simply create a BB Wheels shopping account by visiting https://www.bbwheelsonline.com/login.php and input your information. It’s free to join and you will automatically earn 500 points just for signing up. If you currently have a shopping account with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning points!
Q: How do I earn points?
A: Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. You can earn points multipliers for every dollar you spend at at BB Wheels depending on your VIP Tier. Rewards points can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn points for referring friends, following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and are even gifted with bonus points just for having a birthday!
Q: Do my points expire?
A: Like with everything, rewards points don’t last forever. Fortunately, we do understand the life cycle of our products and allow users a good length of time to use their points – 36 months in fact. Points expire 36 months from the date they were earned. So, you have time just not forever!
BB Wheels does have the right to modify or remove points at any time.
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Redeeming your points is easy, add an item to your cart then head to checkout! Be sure to login to your BB Wheels store account. Once logged in, you’ll see a slider during checkout that allows you to apply your points towards money off your purchase (1000 points = $10).
Only one reward or discount code can be applied to each order.

Q: Where is my birthday reward?
A: Birthday points are awarded on the day of your birthday. If your birthday is within the next 30 days of the day you input it, your reward will be granted after 30 days of the day you submitted.
Q: Can I return my order if I redeemed points for a discount?
A: Yes! If you return all the items from your order, you will be refunded for the amount you spent, as well as the points used. If you return only some of the items in your order, you will be refunded the amount for the returned items on your original form of payment, and your points will not be returned. Points earned for items that were returned will be deducted from your account. So, if you used a $20 coupon on a $100 order and returned all the items, you would receive $80 back on your original form of payment, and 2,000 points back into your account. If you returned $60 worth of items, you would receive $60 back on your original form of payment, but no points back.
Q: How is my VIP tier determined?
A: Your VIP tier is determined by the number of points you’ve earned!
Q: I referred a friend, but did not receive my reward, why?
A: Your friend must make their first purchase directly after clicking through your referral link to receive the reward. Their first purchase must meet the order minimum of $199+.
Q: Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
A: Nope! It’s completely free to join, and you earn points automatically whenever you make a purchase or complete any of the other ways to earn points listed above.

Q: Are there other rules?
A: BB Rewards loyalty points must be used at the time of purchase; money-back refunds for unused points after orders are placed will not be provided. Points cannot be reimbursed for other credits or refunds. Loyalty points or points converted to coupons cannot be combined with other BB Wheels coupon codes - no coupon code stacking. Wholesale customers will not accrue rewards points for their purchases.
