If you own a really nice truck with a really nice set of Fuel rims, you take road trips as much as you can. Nothing quite compares to the feeling you have driving the open road with the sun on your neck and the breeze through your hair. But the best thing about a road trip is the music. Now, we are sure you all have your favorites, but just check this list out with an open mind. You might discover something you really enjoy, even as much as your Fuel wheels.
Here is a list of songs best heard while winding down the road.
“Shut Up and Drive” by Rihanna. While a little boring at times, it is a fun song to crank while behind the wheel of your truck.
“Let Me Ride” by Dr. Dre. You don’t have to be from Compton to enjoy this Rap classic.
“Mustang Sally” by Wilson Pickett. This is the grandmother of “Little Red Corvette.”
“Hit the Road Jack” by Ray Charles. This song screams soul and is great as a sing-a-long.
“Fast Car” by Tracy Chapman. Your speeding car (or truck) is romantic freedom.
“Running on Empty” by Jackson Browne. He urges you to keep running on.
“Life is a Highway” by Tom Cochrane. Go ahead, try not to sing along to this ditty.
“Radar Love” by Golden Earring. Simply put, one of the best road songs ever.
“Born to be Wild” by Steppenwolf. The guitar riff sounds like the revving of your engine.
